California's Harbinger showcased its Praesidia uncrewed hybrid truck powering a 30-kilowatt AeroVironment counter-drone laser at the American Rheinmetall booth during AUSA. Harbinger CEO John Henry Harris said the vehicle is supplying power to the directed-energy system.
