Ukrainian intel says Russia paused Kinzhal missile production
Vadym Skibitsky of Ukraine’s HUR told RBC-Ukraine that Russia halted Kh-47M2 Kinzhal production to free capacity for another weapon. Separate HUR-based reporting via Defence24 says overall Russian missile output is rising and some monthly targets are being exceeded — a production mix story, not a simple pause.
