German-Israeli firm FTS unveils TAHR light airborne combat vehicle for German Special Forces
Flensburg Technology Systems (FTS), in collaboration with the German Special Forces Command (KSK), presented the TAHR light airborne tactical vehicle. Two TAHR vehicles can fit inside a Chinook helicopter and the platform is designed for airdrop operations. FTS is a German-Israeli joint venture. No contract announcement accompanied the unveiling, but the vehicle was developed with KSK input and appears tailored to German special operations requirements.
