Norwegian Army identifies seven priorities in new 2040 development concept
The Norwegian Army has presented its development concept, Morgendagens Hær (The Army of Tomorrow), setting the direction for the army's development up to 2040. The document identifies seven priority areas: increased firepower, artificial intelligence, electronic warfare, unmanned systems, mobility, logistics, and personnel resilience. The concept is intended to guide procurement and force structure decisions over the next fifteen years.
